If you don’t have a grand total of 765k+ points collected by the endgame, you can always try to get a better score in some levels where you know you can do better. In addition, you have to play through many Maze Stages, a refreshed take on the retro puzzles, and their Marathon Mode. During your playthrough, you want to have an almost perfect run of the levels to secure 765k+ points by the end of the game and unlock the Magic Key. The only exception is the “boss” level from the Funhouse world, which is a race, and not an actual boss fight. The boss levels are very straightforward, and, as in pure platformer fashion, only need three hits to die or take over three different phases.
